When you become a customer with us, you will receive a license, after which you can download our application through the app store or google play store – you can also use the license in a web browser if you prefer to use your computer as a checkout system. Depending on which of our payment partners you have chosen to go with, there will often be a minor configuration of your payment terminal that will be required before it can talk to the checkout system. Our customer service will help you with this.

We have the most simple and user-friendly checkout system on the Danish market and our existing customers and our partners find that our product is suitable for both shop owners who have not operated with a digital checkout system as well as the more advanced users who would like to take full control and be self-driving . If you want to become a customer with us, we can get you started in 3-4 working days, after which your entire menu/catalogue as well as your payment terminal will be set up and ready for use.

LL POS has been created in full compliance with the applicable laws in this area. The system was developed using the SAF-T file format. This means you can have complete confidence that the system will remain compliant even when legislation changes from 1 January 2024.

We have integrations with the two preferred accounting platforms used by almost all store owners within our customer group, namely – e-conomic and Dinero. Other accounting programs will also be able to be integrated in the long run, and we always comply with the demand that our customers have.

Our POS system is designed with the aim of allowing you to perform most updates in products and the like yourself. We will continuously add support videos with step-by-step instructions, available 24/7 to help you move forward. If you should experience challenges in the system that you cannot solve on your own, our customer service is of course available to assist you. We offer regular support via both e-mail and telephone on all weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, we have telephone operational support available every day of the week.
